1. Department of strategic development and QMS
2. Purpose: ensuring the implementation of the development strategy of KazMUCE in accordance with the mission and vision from the perspective of the University’s Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001: 2016.
3.Tasks:
· coordination of the work of structural divisions on updating and implementing the Strategic Development Plan of KazMUCE JSC;
· coordination of the work of structural units of the university in preparation for accreditation and licensing;
· development, implementation and further improvement of the quality management system at the university
4. Direction of activity:
• monitoring the implementation of the target indicators of the Strategic Work Plan by structural divisions of KazMUNO JSC;
• coordination of licensing and accreditation;
• ensuring continuous improvement of the QMS of the Company;
• introduction of QMS documentation in the practice of the structural divisions of the Company;
• conducting internal audits in the structural divisions of the Company;
• collection, monitoring and analysis of information about the satisfaction of consumers of educational services in the framework of a quality management system;
• participation in seminars and conferences on the tasks of the unit;
• interaction with educational institutions and other organizations whose activities are aimed at improving the quality of the unit.
