Alumni association

The main objectives of the University alumni Association are:

• formation of numbers of University graduates, leading socially valuable activities in various sectors of society in regional, Russian, international organizations and companies with socially recognized authority and influence to tackle the various issues of the society and identify areas for development, social enterprises, provides information support, exchange of opinions and coordination of the activities of its members, contribute to the effective solution of topical issues of development of society in General and, in particular, development of the education system and the Bashkir state University, strengthening its authority as a recognized regional and Russian center of education, science and culture, able to have a decisive impact on the development of various spheres of society;

• Association of all University graduates in the ranks of the Association and implementation of various programs of social, political and social support of University graduates, promotion of their career growth, public recognition of their achievements in various fields of activity, monitoring of their promotion, scientific, industrial and other achievements;

• formation among University graduates of a sense of pride in the University, ownership of its achievements and problems, readiness to provide it with possible moral, political and economic support;

• informing graduates and students about the current state, prospects of development of the University, its scientific, technical and other achievements;

• definition of forms and methods of possible participation of the Association and its members in the formation of the main directions of further development of the University and promote this development, improving the management system and structure of the University, strengthening its authority and influence on the solution of the most important problems of the region, the country, the whole society;

• education of students ' pride in the University, their involvement in one of the best universities in the country and the world, the elite of Russian society, promotion of outstanding achievements of its graduates;

• strengthening of corporate solidarity of University graduates.

To achieve these goals, the Association works in the following main areas:

• consolidation of University graduates in the Association;

• formation of eminent alumni development Council of the University, annual planning of strategic directions of the Association activities with the aim of enhancing the participation of University graduates in addressing the most pressing issues of the society;

• create a database of the alumni Association;

• holding regional and international conferences, symposiums, seminars, round tables, forums, etc. to discuss topical socio-economic, political, religious and interethnic problems;

• holding conferences, symposia, seminars, round tables, forums, etc. to discuss the development of the Russian education system and, in particular, higher professional education;

• conducting and supporting various activities that contribute to the development of the Bashkir state University as a regional and Russian center of education, science and culture, which can have a decisive impact on the development of various spheres of society;

• implementation of measures aimed at the formation of centers of financial, economic, moral and political support of the University;

• implementation of various programs of social, political and social support of University graduates, promotion of their career growth, public recognition of their achievements in various fields;

• monitoring of career advancement, scientific, industrial and other achievements of University graduates;

• carrying out activities aimed at familiarizing graduates and students of the University with its current state, its major scientific, technical and other achievements, prospects for its further development and problems requiring urgent solutions;

• carrying out activities to establish and strengthen professional and cultural ties between University graduates, contributing to their scientific, cultural, professional growth, career advancement;

• implementation of social support programs for University graduates, including programs to promote employment and employment of students and young professionals, the organization of practices in order to gain professional experience;

• development of proposals for the management of the University on the formation of the main directions of further development of the University, improving the management system and structure of the University;

• implementation of programs to promote the development of the University, strengthen its authority and strengthen its influence on the solution of the most important problems of the region, the country and society as a whole;

• implementation of programs of educational work with students aimed at instilling in students a sense of pride in the University, their responsibility for its authority and social influence, their involvement in the Bashkir state University as one of the best universities in the country and the world, to the elite of Russian society, promotion of outstanding achievements of its graduates;

• implementation of programs of educational work with students aimed at education, preservation and development of the best University traditions among students;

• information support of the University through the media, promotion of outstanding achievements of University graduates;

• carrying out activities that contribute to the strengthening of corporate solidarity of University graduates (conferences, seminars, symposiums, round tables, forums, exhibitions, festivals, sporting events, evenings of meetings, evenings of rest, etc.);

• interaction with other organizations, enterprises, individuals contributing to the solution of problems facing the University.
