2. The mission: ensuring the implementation of a policy for training competitive professionals and scientific-pedagogical personnel on the base of the principles of continuous development and the trinity of education, science and practice in additional education
3. Purpose: maintaining and developing the level of qualification among health care specialists.
4. Tasks:

             1) The implementation of the professional retraining program aimed at gaining the competence necessary to perform a new type of professional activity and furthermore gaining new qualification;

             2) The implementation of a continuing education program aimed at improving and (or) obtaining new competencies necessary for professional activities, and (or) raising the professional level within the framework of existing qualification
