The purpose – the organization and implementation of activities aimed at promoting the employment of graduates in the modern labor market in accordance with the specialty, direction of training.

 

Tasks of the center:

- promotion of employment of students and graduates in the modern labor market;

- formation and implementation of the University's partnership system in promoting employment of graduates with state and municipal authorities, employment services, enterprises, organizations, institutions of the city of Kirov and the Kirov region.

 

Cooperation

The center cooperates with The office of the state employment service of the Kirov region, the Department of education of the Kirov region, the employment Center of Kirov, The office of youth Affairs of the Kirov region, the Federation of trade unions of the Kirov region, educational institutions of the Kirov region, the Regional headquarters of student groups.

 

The main activities of the Center

• cooperation with the leading employers of Kirov and Kirov region on the issues of assistance in employment of graduates;

• organization and implementation of activities on adaptation of students and graduates in the labor market, legal support of young professionals, effective interaction with the employer: "career Day", business game "I'm looking for my job", job Fairs, training seminars "the Way to success", presentations of firms, companies, meetings with employers;

• the work of the coordinating Council to promote the employment of graduates;

• participation in the activities of the alumni Association;

• coordination of work on the organization of seasonal and temporary employment of students.
